




Job Summary: As a Junior Closer, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into customers by conducting negotiations using a consultative and strategic approach, ensuring a purchasing experience aligned with the customer’s needs. As a **Junior Closer**, you will convert qualified leads into customers through a consultative, strategic, and results-driven approach. Your role will involve guiding negotiations to closure while ensuring a clear, secure, and customer-need-aligned purchasing experience. **Sales Execution** * Conduct 1:1 sales calls (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp Call). * Apply consultative sales methodologies (SPIN, BANT, DEF Method, or similar). * Identify customer pain points, desires, and needs. * Present solutions in a personalized and strategic manner. * Address objections (price, time, trust, urgency, need). * Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining positioning and offer value. * Formalize closures (contracts, terms, payment). **Pipeline and Process Management** * Log all interactions in the CRM. * Keep the pipeline up to date. * Execute strategic follow-ups with non-converting leads. * Follow the sales process defined by leadership. * Monitor individual KPIs and adjust approach based on performance. **Team Collaboration** * Provide continuous feedback to the pre-sales team regarding lead quality. * Share insights with marketing and sales teams (recurring objections, market demands). * Participate in role-plays, trainings, and development sessions. * Continuously study the product/service to convey confidence and authority. **Strategic Engagement** * Participate in events, networking activities, and commercial campaigns. * Track customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS). * Monitor individual KPIs. * Contribute to continuous improvement of the sales process. **Requirements** * Experience as a salesperson in digital market operations. * Experience selling infoproducts. * Experience with consultative sales. * Ability to work with targets and performance metrics. * Clear, persuasive, and strategic communication. * Strong active listening and profile reading skills. * Organization and excellent time management. * Resilience when facing objections and rejections. * Proactivity and strong results orientation. * Openness to feedback (coachability). **Preferred Qualifications** * Proactive mindset (“willingness to make things happen”). * Solid experience in the digital market with a focus on high conversion. **That said, we offer:** * PJ (individual contractor) employment model. * Fully remote work arrangement. **Interested?
