**What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education. * Prior sales experience will be considered a plus. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. * Negotiation skills. * Initiative to make things happen. **What a Sales Advisor’s day-to-day looks like:** * Serves customers and sells products in self-service or semi-assisted departments/families. * Approaches customers, listens, identifies their needs, and manages shelf displays. * Presents value propositions, closes sales, and builds close relationships with customers. * Assists customers in finding the products they need, along with complementary and supplementary items.
