Tasks include developing programming routines, performing adjustments and improvements, always aiming for optimal process/cost outcomes. You will consistently contribute to ensuring products remain compliant and aligned with the company’s needs, in accordance with the established quality policy. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must have:** * Technical Course in Industrial Automation and/or basic robot programming; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables and charts, formulas, data processing); * Experience in manufacturing processes; * Willingness to reside in Botucatu; * Availability to work the second shift (Monday to Friday, 4:43 PM to 1:57 AM). **You stand out if you have:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. **Additional Information** The Caio Group comprises companies delivering innovative mobility solutions, with Caio—the largest urban bus bodybuilder in Brazil—as its parent company.
