Dynamic environment with consultative sales **Job Opening: Female Salesperson – Florist Kiosk** Jardim Guedala / Morumbi – SP (New Shopping Mall) We are hiring 2 female salespersons to work at a florist kiosk serving Class A customers, located in Jardim Guedala, near Butantã, Morumbi, and surrounding areas. The shopping mall has high foot traffic and three adjacent commercial buildings. **Compensation:** * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Salary: BRL 2,000.00 \+ sales commission * Meal Voucher: BRL 20.00/day (approx. BRL 520/month) * Transportation Voucher **Working Hours:** * Shift 1: 9:30 AM – 5:50 PM (1-hour lunch break) * Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:20 PM (1-hour lunch break) * Sundays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM * Rotating days off **Responsibilities:** * Customer service focused on experience and delight * Kiosk organization, cleaning, and restocking * Consultative sales * Making small local deliveries * Assisting with daily operational routines **Requirements:** * Proactive and communicative personality * Prior sales experience (preferred) * Easy access to Jardim Guedala/Morumbi * Enjoy working with Class A customers and delicate products (flowers and arrangements) Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Commissions * Transportation Voucher
