Job Summary: Civil Construction Helper for material preparation, transportation and organization, demolition, excavation, assistance to other professionals, and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Prepares and transports materials, assisting with various construction site tasks. 2. Keeps the construction site organized and ensures workplace safety. 3. Supports masons, carpenters, and other professionals in daily operations. Civil Construction Helper; * Material Preparation and Transportation: Loads and unloads construction materials (cement, sand, bricks, reinforcing steel, etc.), prepares mortars and plasters, and assists in assembling reinforcement frameworks. * Cleaning and Organization: Maintains a clean construction site, organizes materials and tools, and removes debris. * Demolition and Excavation: Performs masonry breaking, removal of flooring and cladding, and trench excavation for foundations. * Assistance to Other Professionals: Provides support to masons, carpenters, electricians, and other workers in carrying out their tasks. * Maintenance and Repair: Assists in first-level maintenance of equipment and tools, ensuring their functionality. * Workplace Safety: Ensures safety on the construction site by using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and preventing accidents.
