Join the team at **Confeipan**! * **Customer service:** Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing inquiries and advising on products and payment methods. * **Sales registration:** Operate the cash register accurately and swiftly, processing purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system. * **Payment collection:** Process payments in cash, debit card, credit card, or other accepted forms, verify received amounts, and issue payment receipts. * **Fiscal document issuance:** Issue fiscal invoices and receipts in compliance with current tax regulations, ensuring accuracy of information. * **Cash drawer organization:** Maintain an organized workplace, restocking daily supplies (paper, bags, etc.), keeping the cash drawer clean and funds properly segregated. * **Cash drawer closing:** Perform end-of-shift cash closing, verifying cash balances and confirming all payments have been correctly registered in the system. * **Error and return handling:** Manage registration errors, product returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policy. Requirements: To apply for this position, you must have: * Completed high school; * Prior experience as a Cashier (preferred); * Strong communication and public service skills, attention to detail, and agility in the sales process. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays (rotating schedule) from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
