Developing **FullStack (Ruby \+ React)** solutions focused on automation, integration with AI agents, and evolution of digital platforms—ensuring scalability, high performance, and seamless integration with internal ecosystems and partners. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain **FullStack** applications using **Ruby on the back\-end** and **React on the front\-end** * Build and evolve **APIs, microservices, and web interfaces**, prioritizing performance and user experience * Integrate solutions with **AI agents, LLMs, and external platforms** * Enhance automation architectures and distributed applications * Ensure application quality, scalability, security, and performance * Apply engineering best practices (**Clean Code, automated testing, observability, and documentation**) * Participate in technical decisions regarding architecture and product evolution * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continuously deliver value ### **Required Qualifications** * Solid experience with **Ruby**, preferably using **Ruby on Rails** * Solid experience with **React.js** and modern UI development * Experience building **REST APIs** and designing **microservice architectures** * Experience integrating **front\-end and back\-end** systems * Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript** * Experience with **SQL and NoSQL databases** * Knowledge of **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)** * Experience with **Git**, **CI/CD pipelines**, and DevOps practices * Familiarity with **Docker** and containerized environments * Experience with automated testing and software quality best practices * Understanding of scalable application architecture and maintenance of mission\-critical systems ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent agents** * Knowledge of **MCPs (Model Context Protocol)** or similar platforms * Experience with **Kubernetes** * Exposure to event\-driven architectures (**Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or similar**) * Experience with the **Ruby on Rails ecosystem**, Sidekiq, Redis, or related tools * Familiarity with advanced React ecosystem frameworks (**Next.js, Redux, Zustand, etc.**) * Experience in high\-availability environments and scalable applications **We aim to provide our team with a welcoming, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
