We are looking for a **Mid-Level Backend Developer** to work in a distributed architecture environment with high scalability and a focus on cloud-native solutions. We seek professionals with strong technical skills, systemic vision, and a collaborative mindset to tackle complex challenges and actively contribute to the evolution of our solutions. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and enhance scalable and resilient backend applications; * Participate in defining and evolving application architectures; * Work with integrations, messaging, and event-driven systems; * Ensure best practices in observability, performance, and scalability; * Develop event-driven solutions and distributed applications; * Provide technical support to the team through mentoring and knowledge sharing. ### **Requirements** * Solid experience with C# and/or TypeScript; * Experience with DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, and Clean Architecture; * Experience with messaging and event systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or EventBridge); * Knowledge of distributed applications; * Experience with resilience, observability, and scalability; * Experience with Aurora PostgreSQL; * Knowledge of DynamoDB; * Knowledge of Valkey; * Experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture; * Experience with automated testing. ### **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with Serverless; * Knowledge of Terraform and/or CDK. ### **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** .NET, C#, TypeScript, Kafka, AWS ### **Benefits:** Childcare Assistance, Remote Work Allowance, Totalpass, Education Assistance, Birthday Day Off, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Flexible Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher ### **Department:** Growth & Digital Strategy
