Senior Backend Software Engineer Node.js

Description

Work on developing backend solutions using **Node.js**, focused on automation, integration with AI agents, and evolution of MCP servers, ensuring scalability, high performance, and integration with internal ecosystems and partners. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain backend services in **Node.js** (APIs and microservices) * Build integrations with AI agents, LLMs, and external platforms * Evolve automation architectures and MCP servers * Ensure application quality, performance, security, and scalability * Apply software engineering best practices (**Clean Code, automated testing, observability, and documentation**) * Develop and optimize integrations using REST APIs, messaging, and asynchronous events * Support technical decisions related to architecture and system evolution ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience with **Node.js** and frameworks such as **NestJS, Express.js or similar** * Experience developing **REST APIs** and **microservices architecture** * Experience with integrations (**APIs, messaging, queues, and asynchronous events**) * Knowledge of **SQL and NoSQL databases** * Experience with **cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)** * Knowledge of **Docker**, version control with **Git**, and **CI/CD practices** * Experience with monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting in distributed environments ### **Nice-to-have** * Experience with **Generative AI, LLMs or intelligent agents** * Knowledge of **MCPs (Model Context Protocol)** or similar platforms * Experience with **Docker/Kubernetes** * Knowledge of event-driven architectures (**Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS or similar**) * Experience in high-availability environments and scalable applications **We aim to provide our team with a welcoming, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
