QA Tester

Description

We are looking for a QA Analyst with strong experience in test automation using Robot Framework. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and automated regression of our applications, working end-to-end—from validating visual interfaces on the Front-end to verifying the consistency of microservices and integrations on the Back-end. We seek a detail-oriented professional with a technical and analytical mindset, focused on building a resilient and scalable test pipeline. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Test Automation (Proactive):** Develop, structure, and maintain automation scripts using Robot Framework, creating reusable and well-organized keywords. * **Front-end Testing:** Validate visual interfaces, user journeys, and system behavior in Web and/or Mobile applications. * **Back-end Testing:** Write and execute automations to validate REST APIs, ensuring proper contracts, payloads, and integration status codes. * **Defect Management and Triage (Reactive):** Handle and refine Jira tickets, performing log analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes of reported bugs. * **Quality Culture (Proactive):** Collaborate with development teams from the technical refinement phase, mapping critical scenarios and preventing defects before code implementation. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in test automation using the **Robot Framework**. * Experience with Robot libraries for Front-end (SeleniumLibrary, Browser/Playwright Library) and Back-end (RequestsLibrary). * Knowledge of **REST API** integration testing (via code or supporting tools such as Postman/Insomnia). * Proficiency in **SQL** for data validation and test data setup in databases. * Expert-level command of source code versioning tools (**Git**). * Experience working with Agile methodologies and task tracking via **Jira**. #### **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps). * Basic knowledge of supporting programming languages (e.g., Python). * Familiarity with performance or load testing. **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan \- Bradesco; Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and discussions related to our business.
