Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Officer to pre-prepare dishes, salads, and desserts; assist in food assembly and restocking; and sanitize areas and utensils. Key Highlights: 1. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5\. Sanitize and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Perform related tasks. 10\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
