The Mendes Group, a family-owned group that has been a leading force in the Baixada Santista region for decades—driving major projects in Malls, Real Estate Development, Services, and Energy—is seeking a **Key Account**. The professional will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing large energy-consuming accounts, with a focus on building a high-consumption customer portfolio and generating significant volumes for allocation to Distributed Generation (DG) power plants. The professional will lead strategic negotiations, structure long-term contracts, and consolidate commercial partnerships with wholesale chains and large consumers—directly contributing to the sustainable growth of the customer base and predictability of energy demand. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prospect and develop low-voltage (DG) energy consumer accounts, especially wholesale chains with high energy consumption. * Identify opportunities for new contracts to build energy volume and optimize DG plant capacity allocation. * Conduct structured commercial negotiations, focusing on medium- and long-term contracts. * Act consultatively with clients, analyzing consumption profiles, consumer units, and potential energy savings. * Manage relationships with strategic clients, ensuring retention, expansion, and satisfaction of the portfolio. * Collaborate closely with Operations, Billing, and After-sales teams to ensure correct contract implementation and maintenance. * Monitor portfolio performance indicators and track contract performance. * Support commercial strategy in building a pipeline of large accounts and predicting energy volume. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Proven experience in B2B sales. * Experience negotiating with wholesale chains and recurring contracts. * Experience in the energy sector. * Knowledge of energy consumption analysis or commercial contract management. * Availability for commercial visits and travel. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience with chain customers (e.g., supermarket chains, wholesale distributors, or industrial clients). * Familiarity with local distribution utilities and operational regions (e.g., CPFL Paulista, Piratininga, Elektro). * Proficiency with CRM systems, sales funnels, and commercial KPIs. * Experience building customer portfolios for energy allocation to DG power plants. **WHO WE ARE** For 50 years, we have been driven by excellence and a steadfast commitment to consistently achieving results.
