Supply Coordinator - Materials

Description

Ensure the availability, quality, and proper storage of materials at construction sites, guaranteeing timely supply in accordance with established technical and safety standards, promoting continuous production flow, as well as fostering positive interpersonal relationships and staff development within the organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, coordinate, and control the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials at work fronts; * Ensure supply according to the project’s physical\-financial schedule; * Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking; * Track purchase orders with the Supply Department and ensure follow\-up with suppliers; * Serve as the liaison between production and procurement, communicating requirements, urgencies, and schedule adjustments; * Implement and maintain inbound/outbound controls (invoices, delivery notes, requisitions); * Manage periodic inventories and support internal audits; * Lead and develop the warehouse and material assistant teams; * Assign tasks, provide training, and ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards; * Ensure storage complies with technical specifications (ventilated, covered, palletized, segregated by type/use); * Reduce losses, breakages, and deviations; * Suggest improvements to internal logistics processes; * Support implementation of tools such as Kanban, Lean Construction, or 5S, where applicable; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in civil construction projects (preferably with medium- to large-sized companies); * Knowledge of warehouse management, construction materials, and inventory control; * ERP system proficiency is desirable (e.g., Sienge, Mega, TOTVS); * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel at intermediate to advanced level). **Additional Information** * Total Pass * Meal or Food Allowance of R$ 32.00/day * Birthday Day Off * Profit Sharing Plan (PPLR) **Find your place with us.** -----------------------------------
