Junior Support Analyst

**The opportunity to work as a Junior Support Analyst at Anjun Express Logistica e Transportes is a unique chance to contribute to one of the industry leaders.** **Number of openings: 02** **Schedules: MON TO SAT AND SUN TO FRI.** **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to internal and external users, including assistance, configuration, and troubleshooting related to hardware, software, and networks. * Monitor network and system infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix and Grafana, ensuring environment stability and performance. * Perform installation, configuration, and administration of networks, switches (Unifi and Omada), and network segmentation. * Install, configure, and maintain CFTV equipment and surveillance cameras. * Perform formatting, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment. * Organize and maintain network and CFTV racks, ensuring standardization and proper infrastructure operation. * Develop and document operational procedures to support standardization of departmental activities. * Collaborate with the internal team to ensure security, integrity, and availability of systems and data. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and technology system and infrastructure upgrades. **Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. * Proven experience as a Support Analyst or in a similar role. * Knowledge of networks, firewalls, CFTV, and user support. * Familiarity with process procedures and documentation. * Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
