Full-Stack Developer (Python or Java + React)

Description

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with solid expertise in React and versatility across the back-end ecosystem (Java or Python) to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, building modern and dynamic user interfaces, and ensuring our APIs and services are scalable, secure, and high-performing. We seek a collaborative profile who values clean code and feels comfortable working across diverse technologies. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Solution Development (Reactive):** Handle and refine Jira tickets to deliver new features, integrations, and bug fixes for both Front-end and Back-end. * **API Development:** Design and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot) **or** Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask), ensuring security and high performance. * **Dynamic Interfaces:** Build reusable components and intuitive, fluid, responsive user interfaces using React.js. * **Code Quality (Proactive):** Apply Clean Code and SOLID principles, implement unit and integration tests, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure software maintainability. * **Architectural Evolution (Proactive):** Identify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements to database architecture or refactoring of legacy code. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong front-end development experience with the **React.js** ecosystem (Hooks, TypeScript, state management). * Proven back-end development experience with **Java** (Spring Boot) **or** **Python**. * Proficiency in designing and consuming **RESTful APIs**. * Practical knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) or non-relational databases. * Expert command of version control tools (**Git** and Git-Flow). * Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) using **Jira**. #### **Nice-to-Haves:** * Knowledge of containerization (**Docker** / Kubernetes). * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan \- Bradesco; Training initiatives: talks, forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and discussions related to our business.
