Full-Stack Developer (Python/React)

Description

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and React to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building modern, responsive front-end interfaces, developing robust back-end APIs, and working natively with cloud computing environments using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). As a plus, we value professionals with interest in or familiarity with the modern data ecosystem, as there will be opportunities to interact with and consume structured Big Data. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * **End-to-End Development (Reactive):** Actively participate in refining and fulfilling Jira tickets to deliver new features, integrations, and bug fixes for both front-end and back-end. * **API and Service Development:** Design and maintain microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using modern Python frameworks, ensuring security and high performance. * **Dynamic Interfaces:** Build reusable components and intuitive, responsive interfaces using React.js. * **Cloud Operations (Proactive):** Maintain and evolve applications hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), adhering to best practices for scalability and cloud security. * **Data Ecosystem Integration (Proactive):** Collaborate on consuming and integrating large-scale, complex data processed by the company’s data team. * **Quality and Continuous Improvement:** Apply Clean Code principles, conduct thorough code reviews, implement unit tests, and suggest performance optimizations. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in **Python** development (FastAPI, Flask, or Django). * Advanced proficiency in the **React.js** ecosystem (Hooks, TypeScript, state management). * Practical knowledge of **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** infrastructure and services (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, GCS, or similar). * Experience with relational and non-relational databases. * Proficient use of version control with **Git** (and Git-Flow practices). * Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) using **Jira**. #### **Desirable and Differentiating Skills:** * **Differentiator:** Knowledge or prior experience with **Databricks** (PySpark, Delta Lake). * Familiarity with containerization (**Docker** / Kubernetes / GKE). * Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines for GCP environments. **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan — Bradesco; Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and discussions related to our business.
