Monitor and analyze sales results of financial products and services; Develop action plans to improve performance and achieve targets. Train, guide, and supervise store teams on offering financial services. Ensure achievement of targets, KPIs, and company standards. Conduct periodic feedback sessions with the team. Participate in recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. Monitor service quality and sales conversion rates. Prepare managerial reports and present results to management.
