### ***RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES:*** * Guide software architecture and design decisions, evaluating trade\-offs between reliability, simplicity, and cost, with real mastery of both the mobile side and the backend of distributed financial systems. * Establish and ensure adherence to engineering best practices (Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD, code review) and secure development (input validation, authentication/authorization, least privilege, secret management). * Lead the adoption of an AI-agent-supported development workflow: from specification to implementation in small batches and automated review across multiple dimensions (technical quality, business logic, security) — always with final human approval before any code goes to production. * Orchestrate and review the work of multiple AI agents acting in parallel, being the final technical owner of what goes to production, including AI-generated code. * Act hands\-on when necessary, helping to solve complex problems and technical bottlenecks. * Monitor the technical health of systems and balance new features with technical debt repayment, relying on technical and product metrics (latency, errors, availability, DORA) and AI workflow adoption/quality metrics (lead time, throughput, rework rate). * Work in close collaboration with Product Managers and Designers to align the product roadmap with technical feasibility. * Lead incident management in production, contributing to investigation, correction, and preventive actions. * Develop people, raising the technical and operational standard of the team through mentoring and continuous feedback. ### ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Proven experience in direct leadership of technology teams (technical and people management). * Real technical breadth from mobile to backend: mastery of React Native and at least one backend language in our stack (TypeScript or Go), with the ability to guide architecture decisions in both contexts. * Solid knowledge of distributed systems architecture, microservices, asynchronous integration, and relational and non\-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). * Experience with high-criticality financial systems — ledger, double\-entry accounting, payment processing or equivalent — given the centrality of the financial core in the role. * Experience with DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud). * Experience with observability practices (logs, metrics, and tracing) and the use of technical metrics (such as DORA) for decision-making and continuous improvement. * Real experience orchestrating development workflows with AI agents beyond using them as support — defining standards automatically applied to each delivery, multi-layer review, and human approval as the final gate before production. * Knowledge of secure development (e.g., OWASP Top 10, secret management, prevention of common vulnerabilities ### ***DIFFERENTIALS:*** * Previous experience in the benefits sector, fintech, or payment methods. * Experience structuring engineering standards/configuration for teams that use AI intensively (pattern libraries, automated guardrails, specialized review agents) ***What you find at Raiô:*** ---------------------------------- * **Raiô Card:** R$ 1\.200,00/month (Flexible); * **Raiô Essential:** Additional credit limit; * **Medical and dental plan:** Unimed Unipart or Unimax; * **Telemedicine (holder and dependents):** Online medical consultations in various specialties; * **Continued therapy (holder and dependents):** Online psychological follow-up; * **Nutritionist (holder and dependents):** Online consultations and nutritional follow-up; * **TotalPass (holder and dependents):** To take care of body and mind; * **Wellhub (holder and dependents):** To take care of body and mind; * **Pharmacy discount:** up to 80% on medications in the accredited network; * **Discount Clubs:** NewValue and Vai de Visa (via Raiô Card); * **MBA and specialization courses PUCRS:** 20% discount; * **Colégio Marista Champagnat:** 10% discount; * **Alura Platform:** Ecosystems of technology education in Brazil. ### ***Ready to build the future of the benefits market with us?***
