Job Summary: The Access Controller manages entries and exits, registers access permissions, provides in-person and telephone support, guides visitors, and monitors people flow to support security. Seguro S.A. is a company specialized in providing insurance solutions for individuals and businesses. With a wide range of products, the company aims to protect its customers against various risks. **Responsibilities:** Computerized control of entry and exit for visitors, employees, and service providers. Registration of access permissions in systems and/or electronic spreadsheets. In-person and telephone support, with clear communication and professional demeanor. Guidance of visitors according to site regulations. Monitoring of people flow and support for post security. Logging incidents in the system. Strict adherence to internal procedures and client regulations. Position located in Teresina / PI.
