### **About the position:** #### **What do we expect from you?** * Develop high-quality digital interfaces, continuously improving technical skills and contributing to the team in building scalable, customer-centric front-end solutions. #### **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain web and/or mobile interfaces using React.JS or React Native; * Implement features and improvements with increasing autonomy, under team review; * Participate in product and engineering discussions, contributing a technical perspective; * Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other teams to build consistent, high-quality user experiences; * Apply development best practices: testing, version control, and code reviews; * Contribute to the team’s technical growth by sharing learnings and actively participating in squad discussions. #### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields (completed or in progress); * 1–2 years of experience as a front-end developer; * Knowledge and experience with React.JS or React Native; * Understanding of componentization, state management, and API consumption; * Familiarity with Git-based version control and code review best practices. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience building responsive interfaces with a focus on user experience; * Exposure to automated testing (unit or integration tests); * Familiarity with design systems; * Basic knowledge of front-end accessibility and performance; * Experience in a startup environment or agile squad. ### **Pier Compensation and Benefits** * Health and dental insurance; * Flexible benefit (Caju); * Pier Smartphone Insurance Premium Plan (if covered); * Total Pass; * Starbem: 5 consultations/month (therapy sessions, 1 nutrition consultation, and 2 consultations with other specialties) fully covered by Pier; * Extended maternity/paternity leave; * Childcare allowance.
