#### **Sales Training Internship Program - SDR - 100% Remote** Nibo's Sales Training Program aims to provide an internship that prepares everyone for a commercial career, aligning individual development with the company's business profile. We seek talents eager to build a career in sales and passionate about selling! Through a structured program focused on developing both technical and behavioral skills, we will equip Starters to assume full-time positions within Nibo's Sales Machine—one of Brazil's best. **Our Pre\-Sales team is responsible for:** * Prospecting qualified leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and digital tools; * Researching and understanding potential customer profiles, businesses, pain points, and opportunities; * Learning the sales funnel and contributing ideas to optimize it; * Presenting our solutions clearly and sparking lead interest; * Qualifying leads based on defined criteria; * Scheduling meetings between qualified leads and Consultants; * Updating CRM information accurately and attentively; * Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs. **Don’t worry—we don’t require prior experience, but we do seek individuals interested in building a career in sales ;)** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with classes scheduled during **EVENING or ONLINE (EAD) hours.** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (preferably—but not required—in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields), with an expected graduation date **AFTER AUGUST/2028\.** * Availability to intern from **9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.** **Compensation Package:** * Internship stipend * Meal or Food Allowance – Flash * Monthly Cost-of-Living Allowance – deposited into your checking account to support high-quality internet and help cover electricity bills! * Life Insurance – SulAmérica Seguros * Funeral Assistance – Coverage for Spouse, Children, Parents, and In-Laws * Childcare Assistance – For mothers and fathers * Paid Paternity Leave of 30 (thirty) days **Interested??
