Job Summary: Art Director responsible for creating and developing creative approaches and visual identities for digital campaigns and social media. Key Highlights: 1. Job Requirements: * Develop creative approach proposals for each campaign and visual identity applicable across different platforms. Includes selection of typography(ies), color palette, supporting elements (graphics, icons, lines, etc.), image types, and presentation of examples of static and animated layouts. * Develop, based on an approved creative approach, key visual, and guidance manual from Banco do Nordeste, all deliverables specified in the digital communication action regarding layout development and derivations: static and/or animated assets, posts, presentations, and format adaptations for various digital outputs. * Present visual and expression guidelines for all profiles/presences maintained by Banco do Nordeste on social media. * Create static graphic pieces/infographics (comprising text \+ image \+ graphic elements). * Collaborate, whenever possible and appropriate, with the creative team—including copywriters and designers—on the conceptualization of digital campaigns and communication actions. * Create simple animations (composition from ready-made static images or from a single existing video \+ animated text and overlaid graphic elements and/or animation composed exclusively of text and graphic elements).
