Job Summary: Dose Certa, part of the Raia Drogasil Group, is seeking an SDR to conduct consultative outreach to leads, qualify them, and schedule meetings for the sales team—with emphasis on patient autonomy and quality of life. Thus, our mission is to deliver better healthcare and wellness support to our customers across Brazil. **Responsibilities:** * Proactively and responsively engage leads via WhatsApp and phone; * Understand the residential facility’s needs through consultative dialogue; * Qualify leads (pain point, urgency, feasibility, and timing); * Accurately collect and record information in the CRM/internal system; * Schedule qualified opportunities for the closing team; * Strictly adhere to internal processes, checklists, and standards; * Collaborate closely with other commercial sub-teams (Sales Executives and Closers) **Requirements:** * Prior experience as an SDR, pre-sales representative, or in commercial customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and discipline in following processes; * Proficiency in using systems, CRMs, and operational routines; * Ability to handle multiple concurrent interactions; * Responsibility in handling sensitive data (LGPD compliance). **What We Offer:** * Fixed salary + performance-based variable compensation + Incentive Campaigns; * Structured training and clear processes; * Collaborative and growing work environment; * Genuine opportunity for professional development in the commercial area Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
