Job Summary: We are seeking a Budget-focused Analyst to work in the Technical Room, conducting quantity takeoffs, cost compositions, and project analyses. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in the Technical Room with a focus on Budgeting 2. Economic feasibility analysis of construction projects and support for decision-making 3. Coordination with suppliers and internal departments We are seeking an Analyst to join our Technical Room team directly, focusing on Budgeting. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Quantity takeoff and analysis of execution drawings; * Cost composition and preparation of budget spreadsheets; * Research and updating of input and service prices; * Support in preparing technical and commercial proposals; * Coordination with suppliers and internal departments for technical alignment; * Monitoring of tender notices and support in bid participation; * Economic feasibility analysis of construction projects and support for decision-making. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical education in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Analytical mindset; * Proven experience in construction budgeting; * Knowledge of measurement, reading, and interpretation of drawings; * Proficiency in budgeting software and Microsoft Office suite; * Skills in cost analysis, quantity takeoff, and price composition; * Residence in Fortaleza/CE or Metropolitan Region. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Willingness to travel; * Experience with construction management systems (e.g., Obraprima, OrçaFascio, Informakon, SIENGE, Volare, or similar). **WORK HOURS** Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Fri: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. **WE OFFER** Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance; Transportation Voucher or Fuel Voucher; Profit-Sharing Program; Partnership Agreements with Educational Institutions; Career Growth Opportunities; Life Insurance; Birthday Leave.
