We seek a dynamic professional to monitor and control projects, ensuring alignment among schedules, suppliers, and the departments of engineering, production, procurement, and assembly. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor manufacturing and project delivery schedules, ensuring adherence to established deadlines; * Conduct follow\-up with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth production processes; * Control issuance and revision of technical drawings and track bills of materials (BOM); * Ensure alignment among engineering, production, procurement, and assembly departments; * Monitor critical deadlines and support priority setting with involved teams; * Prepare project monitoring and status reports for leadership; * Support project documentation control and monitor manufacturing and dispatch activities; * Participate in technical alignment and planning meetings, contributing analyses and solution proposals; * Identify and assist in resolving schedule deviations, acting proactively. Required Competencies: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress * Intermediate English proficiency preferred * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Familiarity with industrial/manufacturing environments.
