OPPORTUNITY FOR RISK ANALYST (ENGINEERING \& PROJECTS) – BRASÍLIA/DF Infinity Consultoria \& Gestão is seeking a senior professional to work on-site in Brasília/DF, focusing on risk management applied to engineering projects and corporate governance. Work location: Taquari – Lago Norte/DF On-site work mode \| 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CLT remuneration: BRL 14\.619,65 \+ excellent benefits package PROFILE WE SEEK: We are looking for a professional with solid hands-on experience in risk analysis, management, and mitigation in engineering projects, possessing an analytical and strategic mindset, and the ability to engage with senior management. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields * Minimum of 8 years of experience working with risks and projects * Practical experience in developing risk matrices and mitigation plans * Advanced knowledge of the following methodologies: * PMI * HAZOP * FMEA * ISO 31000 * Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency * Experience in corporate governance and risk management within project environments PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Certification in Risk Management and/or PMI KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify, assess, and monitor corporate and project risks * Develop risk matrices, risk maps, dashboards, and indicators (KRIs) * Structure and monitor mitigation and contingency plans * Apply qualitative and quantitative risk analysis methodologies * Review risk management plans in accordance with PMBOK and ISO 31000 * Integrate risks into internal processes, controls, and business strategies * Prepare management reports and support senior management decision-making * Work with risk management tools and systems Compensation: starting at BRL 14\.619,65 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Commercial agreements and discounts * Private pension plan * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher * Company-provided vehicle Workplace: On-site
