Maintain supplier registry and inventory control **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team and support the procurement and purchasing routines of Fogaça Construtora. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct quotations for materials, supplies, and services required for construction sites and office operations * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms * Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire procurement process until delivery * Monitor delivery deadlines and align requirements with construction and engineering teams * Keep the supplier registry up to date * Support inventory control and track material consumption across construction sites * Verify invoices and related purchasing documents and enter them into the ERP system * Prepare purchasing reports and assist in cost control **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in progress in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields is preferred) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong negotiation ability * Basic knowledge of Excel and administrative procedures * Good communication skills and a proactive attitude Advantages: * Prior experience in construction companies, especially in purchasing construction materials, supplies, and technical services * Experience reviewing budgets, descriptive specifications, and construction schedules * Familiarity with the Mega Sênior system * Immediate start available **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, Meal voucher
