**Work Location:** Igreja Gravataí– Rio Grande do Sul **Schedule:** 5x2, 08:00 to 17:48 **Salary:** R$ 1\.950,00 \+ 30% hazard pay **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, life insurance, attendance bonus. **Job Objective** Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for church facilities, contributing to their proper operation, preservation, and safety by supporting the Maintenance Technician and meeting operational demands. **Main Responsibilities** · Assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance; · Support basic electrical, hydraulic, painting, and minor repair tasks; · Accompany and support the Maintenance Technician in daily activities; · Conduct simple inspections to identify maintenance needs; · Organize tools, materials, and work equipment; · Assist in setting up and organizing spaces for worship services and events; · Maintain cleanliness and preservation of work areas; · Follow safety regulations and properly use PPE. **Requirements** · Completed elementary or high school education; · Interest in learning building maintenance tasks; · Basic knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, or civil construction is a plus; · Physical stamina and proactivity; · Responsibility and commitment. **Behavioral Competencies** · Proactivity and willingness to learn; · Teamwork; · Organization; · Attention to detail; · Agility; · Commitment; · Good communication.
