Job Summary: A professional to oversee, develop, analyze, review, and validate architectural projects, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and serving as the technical interface. Ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations * Oversee, assist in developing, analyze, review, and validate architectural projects for new units. * Support and guide third-party architects, monitoring deadlines, adjustments, and deliverables. * Ensure compliance with franchise standards, technical regulations, and legal requirements. * Serve as the technical interface among franchisor, franchisees, shopping malls, and partner suppliers. * Conduct technical alignment sessions and monitor integration between design and construction, per the network's technical manual, which must be reviewed continuously. * Participate in technical inspections and validation stages prior to unit openings. * Assist in layout studies and architectural feasibility assessments for new locations. * Support network standardization through application and updating of technical manuals. Work schedule: 5x2 (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
