Job Summary: Assist in pre-preparation and preparation of food, plating, and sanitation, following health and safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the preparation and assembly of menu items. 2. Perform food and utensil sanitation and preparation. 3. Contribute to health and safety in the workplace. Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in plating; sanitize and prepare leafy greens; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in plating and restocking food items. 5\. Sanitize and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Plate, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under the supervision of the immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for health and safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements** * Availability for a 6x1 rotating schedule (08:00 to 16:20\) * Residence in the ABC Region (preference for Mauá or Santo André) Desired Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with personal protective equipment usage, cleaning machinery, good interpersonal relationships with team members and supervisors, dynamic and proactive attitude.
