




Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, plating of dishes, sample hygiene and identification, and general kitchen support. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for Occupational Health and Safety Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in plating, hygiene and preparation of leafy greens, collect and identify food samples, and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food plating and restocking. 5\. Wash and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Plate, distribute, and restock foods, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when assigned to this activity and under the guidance of the immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for Occupational Health and Safety, and apply standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements:** Previous experience in this role.
