Perform analysis, configuration, optimization, and incident resolution up to the most complex levels. Propose improvements and participate in technology expansion and upgrade projects, aiming for high service availability and continuity. **3\. Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and diagnose complex links and incidents in data and voice networks, focusing on rapid resolution to minimize impact on users and internal customers. * Configure, administer, and optimize network equipment, including routers, switches, VoIP gateways, IPBX, etc. * Analyze data traffic and network performance to identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and optimize resource utilization. * Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including network diagrams, operational procedures, and configuration standards. * Manage and oversee integrations with telecommunications carriers, technology vendors, and maintenance service providers. * Provide third-level support for critical incidents escalated by the internal team. * Support and participate in projects for implementing new services, system migrations, and infrastructure upgrades. * Log and handle internal and external tickets, ensuring correct classification and prioritization of incidents. * Complete and prepare activity reports, incident reports, and service availability reports.
