**Organization Mission**
Unipar makes chemistry happen to generate sustainable value for people, shareholders, customers, employees, and society — through products that enhance quality of life.
**About the Organization**
Unipar is the leader in chlorine, caustic soda, and PVC production in South America — key inputs underpinning all industries — and its shares are traded on the Brazilian stock exchange (B3 S.A. \- Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão).
With approximately 1,400 employees across its offices and industrial plants in Cubatão (SP) and Santo André (SP), Brazil, and Bahía Blanca, Argentina, Unipar focuses on quality, safety, environmental stewardship, community integration, and employee appreciation.
Over its 50-year history, Unipar connects with and integrates into the community through its Community Advisory Council (CCC), which brings together neighbors, social organizations, and company representatives. Additionally, it pioneered the Open Factory Program, keeping its plants open to visitors 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
