We are currently undergoing a strategic organizational restructuring and seeking a candidate with an analytical profile, systemic vision, and practical experience in internal process structuring. The professional will be responsible for mapping, developing, implementing, and optimizing processes across different company departments, contributing to improved organization, operational efficiency, and standardization of routines. ***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** * *Map existing processes and identify improvement opportunities;* * *Structure operational workflows and internal procedures;* * *Develop and document processes by department;* * *Establish standards, indicators, and internal controls;* * *Support leadership in implementing new workflows;* * *Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions;* * *Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement and productivity.* ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * *Prior experience in internal process structuring and implementation;* * *Experience in corporate reorganization or restructuring projects;* * *Analytical, organized, and proactive profile;* * *Strong communication skills across diverse departments;* * *Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement tools is a plus.* \*CLT position\* ***Monday to Friday:*** 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 3\.500,00 ***Benefits:*** * Transportation voucher (VT) * Meal voucher (VR) R$30.00 * Life insurance. ***Work Location:*** Rua Bairi, 350 \- Alto da Lapa.
