Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** We are seeking a professional to strategically coordinate projects, managing schedules, costs, and risks, and ensuring each area has clarity regarding deliverables and deadlines, aiming for successful project development. You will have direct interaction with leadership teams from Ecommerce, Retail, and Digital Products. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Strategically coordinate projects, managing schedules, costs, risks, and interdependencies using project management tools; * Ensure clarity of deliverables and deadlines across departments, guaranteeing adherence to work plans; * Manage deliverables and follow-up rituals (status meetings and results presentations); * Structure work agendas to build robust and agile plans; * Organize requirements and define technical specifications for the development of the new ERP; * Serve as the direct interface with leadership teams from Ecommerce, Retail, and Digital Products; * Map processes and systemic workflows to optimize the supply chain. **What are the requirements?** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Solid experience in logistics project management, process mapping, and digital transformation; * Proficiency in Supply Chain flows (demand planning, inventory, production, distribution centers, and transportation); * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement methodologies (PMBOK, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S); * Technical knowledge of warehouse management and logistics technologies (WMS and TMS); * Experience in developing strategies and managing complex action plans; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **What are the differentiators?** * Experience with Last Mile (rapid deliveries) for Ecommerce; * Experience leading teams; * Experience integrating technological systems and e-commerce platforms with logistics; * Advanced Spanish. \#LI\-TB1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
