Job objective: To analyze, monitor, eliminate, and simplify aluminum manufacturing processes; standardize and evaluate processes; define and improve procedures by monitoring processes to identify improvement opportunities; and establish operational parameters for manufacturing processes. Evaluate implemented improvements and monitor manufacturing processes. Conduct process audits to monitor departments. Train and guide employees during the implementation of new processes or improvements, with a focus on quality, production, safety, and environmental protection. Pursue continuous and sustainable improvement of Alcast's processes through structuring the processes involved in the conception, development, and manufacturing of our products.
