WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a proactive, curious, and eager-to-learn individual to join our Engineering team, working on technical project analysis and implementing solutions for customer projects. The candidate will interact with tools such as AutoCAD and Excel, support project management, contribute to improvements, develop practical insight into applied engineering, and bridge the gap between technical aspects and customer needs. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Record activities and/or tasks in the Salesforce system; * Provide customer support by directly assisting and guiding specifiers, engineers, and technical departments across construction segments; * Analyze and review construction and installation projects; develop complete project designs and quantify materials for accurate execution; * Identify and technically validate the most suitable solution for the customer’s needs; * Assist in product specification for various construction applications, including concrete and steel anchoring and passive fire protection; * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the project team; * Support the local engineering and sales teams. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU (REQUIREMENTS) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI; * Strong communication, organization, proactivity, and sense of responsibility; * Professional demeanor and presence; * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, from the 5th semester onward.
