Description

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to directly support and monitor the operational routines of the logistics area at Frēnch. This professional will be responsible for supporting operational flows related to product receipt, review, verification, movement, distribution, and internal process tracking, ensuring organization, control, and operational quality. **Technical competencies** * Intermediate Excel knowledge; * Experience with operational controls and spreadsheets; * Familiarity with logistics and operational routines; * ERP experience is considered a plus; * Knowledge of e\-commerce operations and logistics is considered a plus. **Behavioral competencies** * Organization \- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands while maintaining control, prioritization, and quality in task execution. * Attention to detail \- Analytical and meticulous profile to identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement. * Proactivity \- Ability to anticipate problems, suggest improvements, and act autonomously in daily routines. * Responsibility \- Commitment to deadlines, processes, and operational quality. * Effective communication \- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal alignment and cross-departmental demand tracking. * Emotional intelligence \- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments, under operational pressure, and amid changing scenarios with balance. * Teamwork \- Ability to collaborate with different company departments, maintaining a respectful, collaborative, and transparent attitude. * Adaptability \- Aptitude for learning new processes, tools, and operational workflows.
