As an Administrative Apprentice, your mission will be to support the operational and financial routines of the department, contributing to ensuring that our processes run in an organized, efficient, and collaborative manner on a day-to-day basis. **> Responsibilities:** * Request and verify invoices; * Register bills and invoices in the system; * Monitor payments and financial processes; * Respond to and guide partners via email and corporate chat; * Track requests and ensure proper information flow between teams and partners. **> Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in and attending high school, or have completed high school; * Be between 18 and 22 years old; * Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM; * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. **> Benefits Package:** * Compensation: R$ 1.270,98. * Meal Allowance: R$ 495.00/month. * Remote Work Assistance: R$ 120.00/month. * Life Insurance; * My Day!
