**Operations Assistant** **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Monitor and control daily work routines of the department; 2\. Receive and file documents; 3\. Maintain an updated and organized schedule; 4\. Assist managers and team leaders with practical daily tasks, such as preparing documents, providing information to the public, and responding to emails. 5\. Technical documentation: Assist in controlling and analyzing technical documentation / Key performance indicators: Detailed metrics and controls related to service quality / Maintenance: Support and manage instrument calibration activities, including contracting calibration services; 6\. Procurement and Budgeting: Assist in supplier research, quotation of parts/tools, and preparation of budgets and technical proposals. 7\. Planning and Control: Monitor schedules, prepare reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards, and support contract coordination. **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of POWER BI.
