**About KNN** KNN Idiomas is one of the largest English language schools in Brazil. Our unit in Joinville is growing, and we need a lead-focused professional to feed our sales team with qualified opportunities. **Your role** You will be KNN's first point of contact for prospects who do not yet know us. Your mission is to actively prospect new leads via WhatsApp and phone, qualify them, and schedule in-person visits to the school. **Responsibilities** * Proactively contact leads via WhatsApp and phone * Assess each lead's profile and interest level * Schedule in-person school visits with qualified candidates * Meet weekly scheduling targets **What we seek** * Clear and concise communication, especially in writing and speech * Persistent, volume- and results-oriented mindset * Strong organizational skills to manage contacts and follow-ups * Experience in prospecting or customer service is a plus, but not required **What we offer** * Fixed salary + commission per scheduled appointment and enrollment generated * Training on the KNN commercial process * On-site work in Joinville Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
