**About KNN** KNN Idiomas is a national reference in English language teaching, present across Brazil. Our unit seeks a pre-sales professional to handle the first stage of the commercial funnel, focusing on lead qualification and opportunity generation. **Your responsibilities** You will be responsible for the top of the funnel: identifying, contacting, and qualifying leads via WhatsApp and phone, ensuring only opportunities with genuine potential are forwarded to the consulting team. Your work forms the foundation supporting the school’s entire commercial operation. **Responsibilities** * Proactively prospect and contact leads via WhatsApp and phone * Apply qualification criteria to identify opportunities with fit * Schedule in-person visits for the consulting team * Record and track all outreach activities * Contribute to continuous improvement of the prospecting process **What we seek** * Organized, analytical, and process-oriented profile * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Interest in understanding the sales funnel and the strategic role of pre-sales * Prior experience in pre-sales or customer service is a plus **What we offer** * Fixed salary + commission tied to scheduled appointments and enrollments generated * Work within a structured commercial process * Sales training and development * On-site work in Joinville Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
