Our Joinville unit is expanding and seeking an active telemarketing professional to generate contact volume and convert lead lists into appointments. **What you will do** You will make calls, send messages, and call again. This is a high-volume, fast-paced, and resilient role—receiving "no" without losing motivation and persisting until an appointment is scheduled. The more contacts you make, the more you earn. **Responsibilities** * Conduct active outreach via phone and WhatsApp to a lead database * Spark interest in the lead * Schedule in-person visits to the school * Meet daily and weekly targets for contacts and appointments **What we seek** * An energetic voice, clear diction, and enthusiastic customer interaction * Resilience to handle objections and rejections * Focus on volume and productivity * Prior experience in active telemarketing is a plus **What we offer** * Fixed salary \+ commission per scheduled appointment and enrollment generated * The more you schedule, the more you earn * Comprehensive training to start from scratch * On-site work in Joinville Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
