Ophthalmological and aesthetic clinic **Work Modality** On-site, with the possibility of up to 2 remote workdays per week after the adaptation/alignment period. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** * Starting salary: R$ 2.000,00 * After probationary period (90 days): R$ 2.500,00 * Benefits: Transportation Voucher (VT) + Meal Voucher (VR) **Location**: Barra da Tijuca/RJ **Job Objective** Strategically and operationally manage patient care, provide administrative support, and follow up on surgical patients’ commercial journey—ensuring excellence in patient experience, internal process organization, and support for the clinic’s surgical workflow. The professional will play a pivotal role in managing patient relationships, organizing administrative routines, and supporting commercial activities and post-consultation follow-up—directly contributing to service quality and surgical conversion rates. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receive and welcome patients in person; * Ensure excellence in patient experience throughout their entire journey at the clinic; * Organize daily patient flow and scheduling; * Provide service via WhatsApp, phone, and in person; * Conduct proactive follow-up with patients and leads; * Support commercial activities by managing relationships and tracking patients interested in surgery; * Organize and monitor the commercial pipeline of patients; * Coordinate stages related to surgical and pre-operative processes; * Track documentation, exams, and surgical instructions; * Assist in post-operative patient follow-up; * Fill out and update internal spreadsheets and controls; * Issue invoices; * Support the clinic’s administrative tasks; * Maintain general workplace and reception area organization; * Serve as support and backup for the clinic’s lead secretary.
