Salary: R$ 2.440,00 | Employment Type: CLT – Permanent | Location: Campo Comprido – Curitiba/PR Responsibilities: Direct contact with clients regarding corporate matters; * Issuance of negative certificates (municipal, state, FGTS, labor, and federal); * Renewal of operating licenses, health permits, Fire Department permits, and other required licenses; * Company registration, amendments, and dissolution; * Basic knowledge of Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, Municipal Government, and other relevant agencies; * Familiarity with corporate structures (MEI, EI, LTDA, etc.); * Organizational skills and attention to deadlines and details. Requirements: * Experience in accounting offices; * Hands-on experience with systems such as DBE, Viabilidade, REDESIM, and others across various Brazilian states; * Administrative processes including refund requests, diverse filings in e-CAC and other government systems, CNO regularization, and RADAR portal (SISCOMEX) enrollment. * Knowledge of municipal, state, and federal installment plans is a plus.
