**Job Description:** We are seeking a **General Services Assistant** to work in the **hospital laundry (DECONTAMINATION AREA)**, contributing to the smooth operation of the department and ensuring proper hygiene of hospital linens, in compliance with safety and infection control protocols. **Work Schedule:** 180H (12x36\) **\| Shift:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education or incomplete high school education; * Commitment, agility, and attention to detail; * Availability to work according to the institution's rotating schedule. **Main Responsibilities:** * Sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, and fold hospital garments; * Identify damaged or stained items and report them to supervisors; * Assist in organizing and storing clean linens; * Supply hospital departments with clean linens as needed; * Follow hygiene, biosafety, and hospital infection control procedures; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. **We Offer:** * Meals provided on-site; * Health and dental insurance plans; * University tuition discounts.
