Job Summary: Operates sachet packaging machines to ensure product quality and on-time production, performing basic adjustments and maintaining workplace cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining cleanliness of the booth and the machine **Opportunity: Packaging Machine Operator** Location: Diadema – On-site Requirements: **Completed High School Education** Reside in Diadema with easy access to Vila Nogueira. **Proven prior experience as a packaging machine operator in food, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical companies** Availability for overtime. **Responsibilities:** Operate sachet packaging machines to meet scheduled production deadlines and maintain appropriate quality standards. Visually inspect produced sachets to identify issues such as printing defects, leaks, batch markings, weight deviations, etc., in accordance with approved standards. Perform regular weighing of produced sachets to maintain optimal weight and production quality (identifying possible laminated material deviations). Complete quality control forms. Perform basic machine adjustments, including speed, temperature, roll change, and burr adjustment, among others, to maintain production quality. Change rolls/laminated material and collect laminated material samples at the start of each new roll. Clean the production booth and machine after completion of the process to prepare it for the next operation. **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary**: R$ 2.085,00 **Benefits**: Transportation allowance + Breakfast + On-site motorcycle parking (valid driver's license required). **After Confirmation**: Medical and dental assistance, pharmacy and optical network benefits + Meal voucher: R$25.00 + Gympass + SESC + Life insurance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 13:43 to 22:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.
