Inventory Supervisor

Description

Monitor and carry out activities related to receiving, inspection, storage, control, and dispatch of materials to customers, aiming to ensure inventory levels and work quality in accordance with company standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor and carry out material handling, defining the appropriate transport type for each cargo type; * Plan the arrangement of stored materials to facilitate identification, location, and handling; * Conduct inventory activities jointly with the team; * Establish staffing requirements aligned with necessary material movements; * Supervise employee shifts and attendance; * Ensure that tasks outlined in the Work Guidance Document are being executed; * Ensure that occupational health and safety regulations are complied with by the team; * Conduct and/or support daily safety dialogues with the team; * Maintain contact with transportation companies and suppliers regarding material deliveries and returns; * Gather information from internal customers regarding material priority needs to guide dispatch scheduling and team activities within the units under supervision; * Interact with customers to address their requests and ensure delivery deadlines; * Guide/train the team in performing their duties. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in logistics and/or warehouse operations; * Experience in people management. **Additional information** We offer a benefits package aligned with market standards, which **may vary** depending on the operation/contract: * Medical assistance; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Meal allowance (meal voucher and/or food voucher); * Transportation allowance (transportation voucher or contracted shuttle); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Development and wellbeing programs; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRP), contingent upon achievement of targets. **Important:** * Benefits granted according to contract and/or collective agreement; * Benefits **may not be** cumulative; * Specific conditions will be communicated during the selection process and upon hiring.
