**WELDER ASSEMBLER I**
São Carlos SP
**Responsibilities:**
Perform welding operations using specific techniques, such as electric arc welding, MIG/MAG welding, or TIG welding;
Interpret and follow technical drawings to assemble metal structures according to project specifications;
Interpret and understand technical drawings, specifications, and welding procedures to ensure precision during assembly;
Prepare metallic materials, such as cutting and forming parts, to ensure precision and quality in assembly;
Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure compliance with established quality standards;
Maintain and care for manufacturing equipment, performing preventive maintenance as required;
Comply with and promote workplace safety regulations, using appropriate PPE and following safe procedures;
Collaborate with other team members, communicating effectively to ensure efficient workflow progress;
Participate in training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge related to welding and assembly.
**Requirements:**
Completed high school education;
Welding certification course;
Practical experience in welding and assembly operations;
Familiarity with reading technical drawings and basic knowledge of welding techniques;
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure assembly precision;
Awareness of and commitment to safe workplace practices;
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures and techniques.
Employment type: Permanent CLT contract
Salary: To be negotiated

Working hours:
Shift 1: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, Monday to Friday;
Shift 2: 5:00 PM to 2:48 AM, Monday to Friday.
Compensation: R$2\.816,75 \- R$3\.100,00 per month
