**A Semente is a business group focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, and impact, operating through two organizations: Semente Accelerator and Instituto Cória.** **Across all its areas of activity, it seeks to promote economic, social, and political prosperity through innovation, aiming to contribute to the evolution of entrepreneurship ecosystems and generate positive-impact outcomes for entrepreneurs, large corporations, and public and private institutions.** We are looking for a Community and Event Operations Analyst to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute program events; * Develop schedules, operational workflows, and execution checklists; * Manage suppliers, venues, registrations, and overall logistics (online and in-person); * Support content curation and agenda organization with mentors and guests; * Monitor participation, engagement, and satisfaction metrics for events; * Propose continuous improvements to the experience of entrepreneurs and stakeholders; * Coordinate with internal teams to align deliverables; * Support implementation of the public call; * Execute the communication schedule with participants via the program’s official channels; * Plan engagement and mobilization initiatives with program participants. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed (in Administration, Production, Events, Communication, or related fields); Prior experience in events, projects, or operations; Experience in innovation ecosystems or acceleration/incubation programs is desirable. **Hiring details:** Work model: Hybrid; Compensation: R$2\.520,00 per month; Fixed-term contract: until August 2027\.
